With my daughter's sensitive skin, I have to take heed and purchase hypoallergenic products. You would be surprised that there are diaper rash creams on the market that are not hypoallergenic!

The last attribute of Desitin that I found appealing was that it works on adults to! In my fiance's physical labor seasonal job, his inner thigh chafes quite easily. We placed Desitin on it to see if it would help, and it cleared that up within hours as well.
