To be honest, I had never even heard of this Dessert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Body Shake or any of the other similar products until I saw and sampled a bottle displayed in the front of the Sephora store I eventually purchased it in. According to product advertising, this creamy body shake is deliciously indulgent...and good for you! Our vitamin and protein-powered super cocktail for your skin smoothes on soft and sweet to leave you dewy and glowing. Like a luscious smoothie, its texture is light and fresh, but it's packed with every nutritious, fabulous, craving-inducing treat your skin has been thirsting for. Tropical coconut oil, decadent shea butter, skin-firming proteins and a whole alphabet of vitamins guarantee a divinely smooth, thoroughly quenched, completely embraceable you. And it smells and tastes divine. Bottoms up! There are actually three different flavors to choose from: the creamy version I picked as well as juicy (fresh and sweet with strawberries and raspberries) and dreamy (rich milk chocolate and coconut) flavors, too. Creamy is golden and warm...a fresh-baked, cake-y indulgence...with soft French vanilla bean mellowed by buttery caramel. The scent and flavor really does remind me of vanilla flavored cake batter, so if your man likes to lick the bowl clean, then here you go! No refrigeration is needed after opening, and a little bit definitely goes a long way. It's thin and milky in consistency but will absorb quickly into the skin without leaving a sticky or oily residue behind. Each of the three flavors of this Dessert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Body Shake comes in a different color although the tall plastic 7 ounce (206 ml) bottles are all clear and see though so that you can see how much product is left. The creamy flavor is pale yellow in color while the juicy is more of a pink and the dreamy is brown. Take the silver twist-off lid off to reveal the small opening on top where the body shake can be poured from for use. On the front is an imprint of pink "kissing" lips inside a black circle with the word Dessert written in fancy print. So now are you ready for the price?? I paid a whopping $36 plus tax for this stuff! Yes, you read that right. Thirty six dollars and not a penny less. Of course my husband assures me it is indeed worth every penny, but I almost gasped out loud when I saw just how expensive in price it was. But since I was participating in a very special shopping trip at the time with a bunch of girlfriends and wanted to bring him home something he'd really like just in time for our 17 year wedding anniversary, I took the plunge and bought it. ~~~Our Experience~~~

Once I got home from my shopping trip that weekend, I told my husband that I had bought him a very special gift while I was gone. No doubt he was probably expecting a t-shirt or something lame like clothes as that's usually what he ends up getting from me, but not this time! I pulled out my bottle of this Dessert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Body Shake and he was truly at a loss for words. At first he had no clue just WHAT this stuff was for, but once I explained it to him, his grin immediately spread from ear to ear! Of course he was ready to try it out ASAP, so I placed a few drops on my arm so he could get a taste of just what was to come later on. Since he especially likes caramel (although this body shake does have a coconut like smell/taste to it as well), I knew I picked the right flavor immediately from the look on his face. Then later on that night, I knew it was up to me to apply this Dessert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Body Shake to all the right places. Clean skin void of any lotions works best :-) So instead of being too graphic about what happened next, I'll just leave the rest up to the imagination.

Even though this body shake claims to contain vitamins and protein, there's no nutritional information listed including any calories that may also be added. Yeah, it truly is almost ridiculously expensive in price, but no more so than going out to dinner and/or to a movie these days! And even if you use it every day (!!!), the bottle will last a very long time so you'll definitely get your money's worth. For according to my hubby, even one experience with this tasty body shake was easily worth the price! (Too bad he doesn't feel the same way with some of the other Beauty items I bought that same weekend.) So if you've been married for a long time like I have or just want to add some variety to your sex life, then this sweet tasting Dessert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Body Shake will leave him drooling and then begging for more!
