Do not overdo it by taking too much

Pros: Gave me an added energy, suppressed my appetite, and lost weight faster.

Cons: Urine turns bright yellow so drink plenty of water if you take this pill.

Dexatrim is the first diet pill I took after I had my first baby and have finish breastfeeding. I only took it in the morning before I exercise for and 1 1/2 hr 4-5 times a day (i'm in the military). The exercise made me lose weight but dexatrim helped supressed my appetite so I did not snack too much.
