My son went to spend the night with his grandparents. He has a little cold. I forgot to pack the medicine I had been giving him. My mom went to the pharmacy to pick him up some. This is what the pharmacist recommended. Now I see why! It works and it tastes great!
This is a great medicine. I usually have to fight with my five year old to get him to take these medicines. I didn't have to fight with him to get Dimetapp down. He liked it. He said that it tasted good. That is Great!! It works too!! After coughing, sneezing, and a stopped up nose, it was gone. The medicine is grape flavored. It is a purple liquid.
I usually get the first dose down my son. Then we fight on the second dose. NOT with this!! He actually liked the taste. It wasn't yucky. It smells like grape Kool-Aid. He will take this medicine. I think it will be Dimetapp from now on! I have tried different medicines and this he will take and it does the job!! I recommend this medicine!
