Pros: My dogs love them, real meat
Cons: choking hazard as with any other
~Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones~
Reason for purchase:
We have small breed dogs and large. While it is very easy time find treats and bones for our large dogs. Our small dogs it seems we have more of a challenge with. When I realized that these came in small size I had to get them for my dogs. They are Yorkie cross and all under 8 pounds. These seemed like they could be a good fit.
Purchase place and price:
There is a store a state over from where we are. We live in Rhode Island and not too far from us is Fall River Massachusetts. There we found a store on Shove St. called Frugal Franks. It is a discount place with unbelievable prices. Here is where we found the Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones. They were $1.50 for a 7 pack! I looked them up when I got home and couldn't find them online for less than $9-10 dollars, although I did find cheap versions with "Fake" meat middles. It seems we got a great bargain, and we were glad to have bought a few at one time.

The Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones are healthy and are digestible. However, you must be sure to watch your dog with this, and any other rawhide treat. They could potentially choke if they bite off more than they can chew, so to speak. This is not a down side to just this product, but all dog chews and chew toys. Always watch your dog, and be close by. If you can't be there, take the bone away until another time.
As with any treat the Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones should not become your dog's daily diet! They are nutritious and healthy for your dog, but they do not have enough nutrition to supply your dog with all the daily nutrition that he or she will need. It is important to keep your pet healthy.
Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones in the small version are about 3'' or so long. They are knotted on either end and straight in the middle. These also end up making a good tug of war time for multiple little dogs such as we have. They do not have any type of foul odor to them. When you open the package it sort of smells like a very subtle beef jerky. Nothing more.
Use and recommendation:
We have three small adult Yorkie mixed dogs. Two are female and the other is male. When our large dogs went out side, we gave each of our small dogs a Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bone. It took no more than 5 seconds for all three to start chewing, sliding them across the floor and doing tug of war with them. Once the energetic part was over with, each of our dogs lay down with their bone and simply chewed on them. One for about 20 minutes and the other two for nearly an hour straight!
These were surely loved by our small dogs. The Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones proved to be a winning choice! The price I paid was so little that we ended up going back to Frugal Franks for more of the Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones. Even if I had, had to pay full price, these bones would have been worth it completely. My dogs really enjoy the Dingo meat in the middle rawhide bones, and they are very good for their teeth and chewing habits. So I would recommend these bone.
