Pros: Long life. Easy to use.

Cons: Big, quite a few paper jams, terrible hardware support.

The Bottom Line: I really wouldn't buy it, unless I had the opportunity to first try it out.

I have used this printer at work for 6 months. I has had a life of about 7000 prints in about 2 years.

Unfortunately it has a history of bad printing and support. Everything printed regularly appears as a shadowy "echo" halfway down the paper. It is apparently a well known problem which requires a upgrade of the printer-hardware.

Apart from that is seems to jam quite often, especially when using the manual paper feed.

Also it takes a rather long time before it starts printing.

And the case is BIG. There is now way its going to fit in on your desk.
