Pros: fair output when it's in the mood
Cons: very temperamental
The Bottom Line: I couldn't find any reviews on this printer-I think I know why.Far as I can ascertain this printer isn't supported anymore-even Xerox have given up on it.

Used for just five months -am now on tranquillisers.Paper jams,ink smudges-this is when it's working.Usually just sits there.Manual feed and output tray flimsy(both already broke).The troubleshooter is at least comprehensive but never seems capable of solving the problem.Ink clogging is an ongoing headache..Disconnecting or swapping USB's can sometimes bring it to life.Generally though this isn't a patch on my last (HP) printer.I certainly wouldn't buy from Xerox again.Although purchased about eighteen months ago I have only started using it since September 2002.I even had to cough up extra for a USB cable.More hard-earned went south on a new print head after one month's(yes one month's!)use.More expense followed on dodgy ink cartridges-to say nothing of the reams of wasted paper.Finally admitted defeat on Friday,March 21st.I hope this review isn't too late-avoid.
