Thanks for the comment! I agree - we much prefer visiting there at the earliest in the late afternoon when there's more activity.

Better by nightlight than daylight (Reply to this comment)

My husband and I visited DD twice during our stay--late at night and early in the day. It was so much better at night; lots of people and action. By day it was a bit dead, especially the West Side. You wrote a great review but I just wanted to add my opinion about when to visit. A great place to hangout!!!

:-) People who just think Disney World is rides are really missing out. There are so many terrific tours, shows, shops, etc. The people who discover that are the ones like me that can't help going back.
Thanks for the comment!

and offered us a new slant on the wonders of Disney. AS always, I have enjoyed this review, and found this little side very interesting.

Well, that's why Cirque really isn't for kids. We haven't taken our kids to it - more of a grown-up's night out. And I usually bypass the Cheesecake Express in favor of Ghirardelli, although the selection they have there is pretty decent.
Thanks for the comment!

but you make this place sound tempting. Or you would, if prices didn't come up. I want to see Cirque de Soleil, but $80, plus $50 per hyperactive brat? Besides, Cheesecake Factory shouldn't be "Express". Hnnph.
Enjoyable review, of course. Cheers!
