Good dental hygiene is important for kids, just as it is for adults. Getting kids to brush their teeth can sometimes be difficult, but giving them a toothbrush they enjoy using can make it a much easier task. They are made with soft DuPont bristles that are gentle on their gums, yet are effective for cleaning their teeth. These brightly colored toothbrushes have ergonomically designed handles, and are easy for kids to grip and hold on to.

Each of these toothbrushes has a suction cup at the end of the handle. The suction cups are powerful enough to attach the toothbrush to counters, mirrors, or other smooth surfaces. This can be a good or a bad feature depending on the child and the circumstances. As I mentioned, the suction cup can hold the toothbrush in an upright position. This keeps the toothbrush away from dirt and germs that can often be found on bathroom surfaces such as counters and sinks by standing the toothbrush on end rather than laying it on the counter. One thing that should be mentioned about these toothbrushes is that they are not a toy. They are not intended for children under 3 years of age, and children under 6 should always use this product under adult supervision because there is a possibility of the suction cup coming off which would present a choking hazard for young children. I have not had any issues with this happening, but since the possibility is there, you should be aware that it could happen.

This product is made in China, and although I prefer to buy American made products whenever possible, these seem to be a fairly good quality. When it comes to a toothbrush, I don't expect it to last forever, and these seem sturdy enough to last as long as a toothbrush should be used before replacing. These are a soft bristled toothbrush, so they do have some give to them, but they have held up as well as many of the other soft bristled toothbrushes I have purchased in the past.

Since I normally use a soft bristled toothbrush with a compact head, these are a good size for my mouth. The main difference aside from being a superhero toothbrush is that the handle is thicker and a bit shorter. It works just as well as my other toothbrush, helping to clean teeth and prevent tooth decay.
