Pros: less fatigue/soreness
Cons: may not fit well in all shoes depending on shoe size
i use these at my job where i have to stand on a hard tile floor for 9 hours on some days and they substantially reduced leg fatigue/soreness...
BEWARE however, that all Dr. Scholls inserts/insoles are not created equal, i have tried many styles and i'd say half are crappy products i throw out.
one problem is sizing... scholls is crazy if they think they can create a product which works with sizes ranging from 8-12... they need a smaller range of sizes
