Pros:No perfumes, easy to change, comfortable fit
Cons:I think that all training pants are too expensive
The Bottom Line: Drypers training pants are great. They are well padded, have good elastic bands, and part of the money you pay goes to the Childrens Television Workshop.
I have three children, ages 9, 4 , and 2. Of course the older two are potty trained, now I am working on my two year old daughter. Potty training is not a fun task, but hey, it has to be done, right?
I used Drypers diapers and loved them. Now that my two year old is telling me she is wet all the time, I know she is ready to train. I bought Drypers Training Pants with Aloe Vera to give it a shot. Am I happy? Well, lets just say that my little one is working as hard as she can to learn, and the Drypers Training Pants are helping. So, yes I am very happy, though my daughter is not fully trained yet, I am happy with the progress.
Drypers Training Pants are a sure winner in my home. They have a purple waistband with the word back written all over right below the elastic band, of course where the back is. I like this because for one it is helping me to put the pants on right and two it is good for my daughter to know which way is right so she can help herself.
Drypers Training Pants have a cute Sesame Street Design on them. The design is very cute. My daughter seems to love pointing to big bird all the time. What ever floats her boat as long as she is trying.
Drypers Training Pants have a softspand outer cover. This softspand material makes the training pants really soft and they actually feel like real panties. There are tummy snugs which is a comfortable elastic that helps to keep my daughters pants in place. There are all around leg gathers that help to stop leaks. Also, there are seams along the side that make it easy to remove in case of accidents. Note: Be patient while training your child, it takes time and accidents do occur.
I am impressed with Drypers Training Pants. As I listed above there are many things I like about the pants. I also would like to add that they come with aloe vera and baking soda. The baking soda is great because it helps to eliminate odors. Aloe Vera helps to keep my daughter rash free and keeps her skin soft. This is a great advantage since we have moved to California. The heat is just unbelievable and my daughter does like to play outside. I can not say that it is definitely the aloe vera that is helping, but my daughter has not had a heat rash yet. My personal opinion, the aloe vera is helping a lot.
I feel that all training pants are expensive. I will have my daughter trained by end of summer if all works out right. This will definitely be a blessing. I must state that I do not mind paying the extra pennies for Drypers because part of the money goes to Children's Television Workshop. You can find out more about this at www.sesamestreet.com. I feel this is great because it is for educational reasons.
I am completely satisfied with Drypers Training Pants. I can not say I will miss them when my daughter is done training because it will definitely be nice to have all three of my kids out of diapers and training pants once and for all. Try Drypers, they have proven to be a big hit in my home.
