for the Wicked Hallows Write-Off too :-) Our little ones actually enjoy our squirrels. They often snatch the leftover waffles off our fence on Saturday afternoons, and the kids get excited to watch them chow down. It's like a mini-trip to the zoo lol.

Squirrels are fascinatingly clever and I appreciate intelligent animals -- I just wish they'd leave the bird food alone. I would feed them elsewhere in the yard but they don't respect boundaries.

We have never had squirrel wars, except where the matter of attic access is in question. I have a cat, and frankly, I'm rooting for the squirrels. They're an alert bunch at my house.
However, I do enjoy watching them, as they are the only entertainment not eaten by said cat, or scared away by the fake owl.
However, I can visuallize this battle in my mind, and it makes me chuckle. That is a sure sign its a good review.
