A Few Questions (Reply to this comment)

How old are the beans from picking to processing to roasting? A lot of commercial beans sit in a warehouse for months before making the way to the retail commercial store shelf. There is a local grocery store, as an example, here that has bags and bags of brand name beans that have been on the store shelfs for years (the bags have the old design and logo style). I imagine fresher beans would have a better taste. What is the average turnover rate for beans at Dunkin' Donuts. Can I expect the local Dunkin' Donuts here in East Padukaville to have as fresh of beans as lets say, Chicago? I imagine that the beans packaged by the corporation for resale by the franchise are packaged separate from the bulk packaged beans used by the franchise for in store brewing. I also imagine that the beans destined for in house brewing have a faster turnover rate at some franchises where retail packaged beans don't sell as fast. Am I taking a gamble that I am getting fresh beans? An important question, since Dunkin' Donuts does not roast their beans in house at each individual franchise.
What variety of beans make up Dunkin' Donuts coffee? Are they robusta beans or arabica beans? What bean type and where were they grown?
