Good grief! I can't imagine that a mattress should require such constant maintenance. What a pain! Thanks for taking the time to bring your review to Epinions.
Like the other commenters, I'd love to know a little bit more about the "cassettes." I've never heard of this kind of mattress construction.

Hi Springflowers,
I've heard these beds advertised on the NYC AM news radio channels and have always wondered if they were worth the price. Thanks for letting me know they're not. (Try a select comfort bed...they're awesome!) Can you explain a little bit more about what a cassette is? Thanks!
