Pros: Has extremely powerful suction.

Cons: attachments inconvenient. Destroys throw rugs. Bare floor pick-up poor. NOT RECOMMENDED for delicate area rugs.

The Bottom Line: I would not buy this product. It's destroyed my area and throw rugs and it does not pick up pet fur any better than an average/cheap vacuum.

I'm really disappointed in this vacuum. I admit, I bought it because of the hype. I own two dogs that go through shedding seasons and I needed something with a lot of suction. With all the hype, I thought this vacuum would be beyond great. Sadly, I disliked it from day one. I figured since it was different from other vacuums, I just needed to get used to it. How I wish I had returned it immediately. I admit, it's got incredible suction -- it's basically ruined my area rugs and my throw rugs. It's great at pulling all the dust/dirt particles that settle in the nap and pad of the carpet. However, it has been poor when it comes to picking up surface lint and dog fur. I've had cheap vacuums pick up dog fur better than this one. The attachments work OK but it's an inconvenience to go from using just the tube part of the attachment (like when cleaning up dog fur from furniture), back to using it for the carpet. You have to put it all back together again before you can easily run the vacuum. Some of the attachments are poor and you can't use other attachments from other vacuums. I'm so aggravated when using this machine, that I'm ready to just give it away.
