Bought an Epson GT-S50 and found that while fast, it would not scan an entire document. It misses the first quarter-inch of the edge first going into the scanner. Not a problem most of the time but I need all four edges showing in the completed scan. They sent me a new machine and it did the same thing. After 10 hours on the phone with tech support, they decided it was a design defect and told me to take the machine back to the store and tell them it was broken. I refused becasue it was not broken, merely poorly designed, and suggested that I should return it to Epson for a refund or a scanner that will serve my needs as it was their design error. Two months now and they are still not doing anything to resolve my issue.
