Pros: Nice quality stainless steel. Good plastic parts. Stovetop cooking is good.
Cons: Interior of oven has cracked and is chipping off.
I purchased this stove after getting Dacor to take back their entry-level dual fuel stove. Every single piece of plastic on that stove cracked at least 3 times and had to be replaced. I got this stove as a replacement. I am not happy with it. The entire enamel lining has cracked and is chipping off and what is left behind is rusting. Dacor says it is a cosmetic problem. I find baking to be unpredictable. Some things take twice as long as the stated cooking time. The convection oven must be set at 50 degrees (not 25) lower than what a recipe states and the cooking time also must be adjusted. You may bake the same cookies five days in a row but find that the cooking times vary. I only have issues with baked goods. The oven cooks or roasts everything else just fine. I have had the oven for 6 years and have had it repaired twice: once the broiler went out and the mother board for the oven had to be replaced.
The quality of the stainless is excellent and all of the plastic parts are holding up well. The oven racks are peeling and are not easy to slide. The burners are still too hot for some items even when at the lowest level.
If given a second chance I would look for another brand, it was a very expensive mistake.
