tdockweiler's Full Review: Eas Myoplex Nutrition Shake
I first started with Met-RX protein shakes and switched over to Myoplex. I don't think Myoplex is any more expensive because you can just buy the product at a low price online. I went with the Chocolate Lover's pack and found that the best tasting shake was CHOCOLATE MINT. PEANUT BUTTER and CHOCOLATE MOCHA are pretty horrible tasting in my opinion. It takes a lot of effort on my part to actually finish a glass of one of those flavors.
It makes me wonder though how good this really is compared to something like SIMPLY PROTEIN. Seems I could get the same amount of protein with two scoops of poweder. But then again, with most powders you need to waste money on milk and that gets expensive actually. And you don't need the extra calories from the milk.
So far, this is the only shake i've tried that tastes good with water. These shakes also seem to give you lots of energy, so don't drink them before going to sleep.
I wouldn't even THINK about using this product with a shaker. It just won't work i'd imagine.
