I purchased this trimmer brand new in the summer of 2004.
It worked great the first 2 years and I figured since it was over $300.00 to buy it, I would get many more years of a great product.
It started easy, had lots of powers, easy to change the line, the one down side other than the price was it would run hot due to location of muffler. You had to use care or you would burn forearm.
In the spring of 2006 it stated to act up, I return it to the outdoor equipment shop and it needed new fuel lines.
They told me that the fuel lines for that year were bad right from the dealer. no big deal chanced the lines, ran great.
Here we are the spring of 2007 with a $300. gas trimmer that's less than 3 years old and more problems again.
the fuel lines again changed, new fuel filter spark plug and still won't start. probably need a new carburetor. buy the looks of it.
Not impress at all and would have been better off buying
a one hundred dollar one and discard it when it brakes.
