The Bottom Line: I would not purchase this seat again. I was hoping to use it for more than one child, and it needs to be replaced already.

We bought this seat at Wal-mart 18 months ago, when my newborn son moved into my daughter's Britax Roundabout. We liked that it looked cool, had a five-point harness, armrests and cupholders.
The straps are my biggest gripe. After a few months of use, they started to bunch at the crotch buckle and cut into my daughter's thighs. Adjusting the straps to higher shoulder slots is tedious.
We tried to use the shoulder-belt positioners, instead of the five point harness, and were very disappointed. The positioner slots are on the cover only, which slides around on the base, and it's difficult to thread the car's seat belt through them. Once the seat belt is in position, it won't retract properly.
I've removed the cover once to wash it, and it was very difficult to put it back on the base. The padding is thin, and has worn down considerably in the seat (even though my daughter only weighs 30 lbs.)
There aren't any head-wings for napping, so my daughter slumps forward in in the seat when she falls asleep.
Unless you have very small hands, guiding the seat belt through the back of this booster seat will gouge your fingers. The top tether has to be adjusted before you clip it in; I'd suggest doing that FIRST, before you snap in the bottom seat belt.
After 18 months, we're looking for a replacement. I think we were sucked in by the Eddie Bauer name. This seat isn't as rugged as it appears to be.
