Pros: Nice design, great colors, 5 point harness.
Cons: too big for petite children, and the straps twist really easy.
The Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend this seat, I believe it is badly designed being unable to accommodate children of all sizes.

| smushedfaeries's Full Review: Eddie Bauer Booster Seat |
When my daughter outgrew her convertible car seat, we gladly went to Toys R Us to purchase a booster seat. The first seat we saw was the Eddie Bauer sport booster and fell in love with it. She was so excited about sitting in her big girl seat. So, as soon as we got home we sized it to fit her and it seemed to fit her well. We then proceeded to install it in the car, which was an easy installation.
The next day we took her to the mall and on the way there I looked in my rear view mirror to see one of her shoulders sticking out of the restraint. The strap had slipped down over her shoulder and was half way down her arm, well of course I pulled over the first chance I got to fix it. Satisfied with the reconstruction of the chest snap and the belt itself we ventured on, but no more than a few minutes more and back out came the shoulder. I tried everything to keep it straight but nothing seemed to work and the belt was as tight as I could get it. So on closer inspection I found that due to my daughter being so petite that her shoulders were not wide enough to fit into the seat correctly even though she was more than tall enough. So, back to the store we went to purchase a better fitting seat, upon returning this one. My advice to anyone who wants to purchase this car seat is to make sure it fits your child correctly before you buy it.
The only problem I found in this seat is that it didn't fit my 26 pound daughter, and it should have. I believe that this seat is constructed badly or it would have fit her correctly since other seats seem to fit her fine. I believe that you could find a better product for just a few dollars more, such as the Cosco Alpha omega, which is a 3 in 1 car seat (converts from new born all the way to toddler).
