The greatest resturaunt in New York

Written: Mar 12, 2000
Rated a Helpful Review by the Epinions community
Pros:Great food and Service
Cons:a little expensive and a little to dark

I can truly say without a doubt that this is one of the best New York resturaunts ever. The atmosphere is really beautiful but it is slightly too dark. There are sculptures on the wall and a large paintin on the wall of a mill with a propeller that really spins. The food is pretty speedily but when it comes... My god is it worth it!!! They start off your meal with a salad where you have a spinning dressing dispenser holding 4 different yummy dressings. When you are done with your salad, you can choose from a long list of food on the menu but I would HIGHLY recommend getting the lobster with butter or the Salmon. It is the closest thing to you can get to heaven without dying. I usually order a shirly temple (they make a helluva shirley temple)and wait for my food. If you have a young child who is a little impatient, you can send him to the comic shop next door to pick on a new toy, comic, or cards like Pokemon and Magic. After you enjoy you food (believe me, I know you will) then there are many delicious deserts to choose from. Again, I HIGHLY recommend the cheescake. It is soooo good that you will just melt in your seat. Get some coffe, and clean your hands with the cleany towels provided and youre all set. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS RESTURAUNT FOR ANY CROWD!
