I purchased the Elsa Gladiac GeForce2 32MB because I wanted to later buy the add-in tv card. However, I encountered problems with the video card and needed support from Elsa. To this day, I have not been able to talk to a tech person OR customer service/RMA representative. I'm stuck here with a card that crashes my computer at least once every two hours (my ATI works fine when i plug that one in).
I've followed the regular procedure of first filling out a form on Elsa's website. I've done it three times, and no reply by email or phone call at all. I've tried their direct number to call support. Nothing. I've been on hold up to 2 hours and have gotten no one. If i try to call RMA department to get an exchange, i get a voice mail (leave message, no one calls me back). I called during regular business hours during the week.
If you're gonna buy from Elsa, bet on having no support whatsoever. Try another brand (I should've bought the ASUS one).
