What kind of system are you running this card on? If it is on a Super Socket 7 type of board, you may need a registry patch to enable Super Socket 7 compatibility mode...level 1 should suffice. Finding support on the web (though it IS a daunting task while everything's crashing) can be done, however I haven't been able to get ahold of these people, either. I think they work banker hours. Hope this helps.
