Flames were shooting inside mine.
Side panel is charred.
I called Emerson, and without a receipt they
offered to pick it up via fed express for free
and send me a new one. They must know there's
a design flaw.

I m worried I've been exposing my family to
microwaves and a fire hazard.


Can't believe emerson hasn't recalled this after
reading the other reviews! I'll never purchase another
Emerson product and will pass on the new free one!
