I was very excited when the sales rep offered me this higher-priced model. He said that I would understand the price when I started to use it. I got it home, charged it up, and easily paired it with my phone. I liked the quality of the sound, and the unit was easy to use.

Three days later, I was wearing it while working and heard the beeping indicating that it was running low on battery power. The light on the housing was red, so I promptly seated the unit into the charging cradle and left it there until the indicator light turned green, signifying a full charge. I replaced the headset on my head and went back to work. Ten minutes later, I heard the beeping noise again and the indicator light was red. I tried recharging it twice more only to arrive at the same results.
This is the second Motorola product I purchased within the span of a week that malfunctioned. Both times, I called the Motorola troubleshooting hotline to figure out what I could do to fix the problem. Both times, I was told that I had a malfunctioning product and I needed to go to the store and exchange it. As a busy professional, I do not have the time to regularly drive out to the retailer and exchange this product for another one that might just as easily stop working in less than a week. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in this product and in Motorola's "product support" program.
