Cons: poor quality - horrible customer support
The Bottom Line: Considering the price ($150) of this headset, the quality and having to deal with Sony Ericsson's Customer support I wish I had purchased the Jabra headset from somewhere else.

I purchased a T68i approx 8 months ago with a Sony Ericsson HBH-30 headset that did not work with the T68i. Sony Ericsson had me return the phone for repair. It took over a month to get a replacement phone back. However the headset still did not work. Sony Ericsson then had me return the headset for repair. It's been over 2 1/2 months now and I have yet to receive a replacement and Sony Ericsson can't tell me when I can expect one. When asked to speak with a manager, they refused to give the name of their manager as they don't know who their manager is!!!
Considering the price ($150) of this headset, the quality and having to deal with Sony Ericsson's Customer support I wish I had purchased the Jabra headset from somewhere else.
