Cons: Closed system
The Bottom Line: If you are a business man or woman in need of a PDA I would clearly recommend this phone. It will help you organize your life.

Got my R380 in December last year and liked it from start. Never had a PDA before but at least I could ditch my filofax as I now utilize the calendar in the R380. Synchronizing with my Outlook works great and I am always up to date with meetings and tasks. The best thing about R380 though is perhaps WAP. It really utilizes the mobile Internet of today and I am e.g. doing my banking with my R380. And I can also access my mail through a WAP gateway. Great! Only negative thing is that WAP-time can be expensive...
R380 works good as a phone and with the handsfree you can take notes, check your calendar etc as you are speaking. There is also a voice memo recorder on the phone that can be good to have when you are in a rush and need to remember e.g. a number.
Think this a first attempt by Ericsson that will be followed by improved mobiles. But what a first attempt :)
