The reason it is worth the money is for a couple reasons. It shows a lot of professionality, it shows your style of playing, and it brings out the bass. I mean, if you go on stage with a normal boring Fender American Jazz or Precision Bass, people aren't going to notice you as much. I really love the design of this guitar, when people look on stage, they will see you and your guitar, and they'll notice you more. It really is a great guitar.

Also, it sounds great!!! The tone can be just about anything you want it to be. This is the bass you want if you are in an expirienced band, and you are playing gigs. It is perfect, and i have nothing more to say.
