Overall, this is a typical Embassy Suites. They offer a full breakfast, including made to order omlettes, pancakes, french toast, eggs, meat, fruit, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, sweet rolls, bagels, etc. The hotel is driving distance to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The rooms are larger than most Emabassy Suites I have stayed in (D.C., San Diego, Los Angeles, etc.) There were 5 of us in this suite (3 kids and 2 adults), but only 4 towels. The staff was quick to respond to requests for extra towels and blankets, though. I was concerned however, by a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There was what appeared to be a blood drip from a previous guest on the bathroom floor and fingerprints and smudges from previous guests on the stainless steel tissue dispenser. The blood drip concerned me. Also, it shouldn't be too difficult to clean stainless steel. Behind the toilet it was dusty.
