Pros:Rich & beautiful color, Long lasting.
Cons:Expensive, small bottle.
The Bottom Line: Bottom line is, the Essie polishes are very good quality. Found in all drug stores.
I have to say that in every salon that I have been to, that is in the NYC area, carries Essie nailpolishes and mostly uses that. I almost always saw a salon have the color wicked, and since that was the color in style at the time and a lot of people were raving about this color, I went ahead and decided to have my nails painted with this.

Being that my hands are naturally tan, I always used lighter colors, like soft pink and the rest of the milky colors out there. I was afraid of using a darker color, seeing that I wasn't sure whether it suits me or not. So finally When I had my nails painted with Wicked I fell in LOVE. This color is so gorgeous. It's like a brownish red, it looks very very elegant and I really loved how it looks on me. It went great with any silver rings I was wearing or even bracelets. It doesn't contain any shimmer or sparkles, so it is a very smooth shiny rich color.
The whole line of Essie polishes is amazing. Their colors are rich, and it does not come out very watery like many other nail polishes do. You almost never need a third coat unless that is what you prefer. They are a bit on the thick side when it comes to the texture of the polish, and the bottles are small for something that costs $8. I love this polish but I'm not sure if I want to spend $8 on a small bottle especially if I almost always use polish on my nails. It would run out too quickly for me! Try Wicked and try the other colors too!
