That is what I look like. I have been wanting to try out a self tanner for a little over a year. I have used them before, but always ended up with an orange tint. This is due to being so fair complected. I asked the sales lady if she thought I could use this without turning that horrible pumpkin orange. She assured me that I would not turn orange. Just to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. She put some on me and I finished shopping. After being in the mall for two hours I went back and purchased the 5 oz. bottle.

I was a beautiful light bronze color. My skin truly glowed due to the tiny gold flecks in the lotion. There was no orange tint what so ever. As soon as I got home I took a bath and exfoliated. I was so eager to see if the rest of me would turn out the color my arm was.

This lotion goes on easily and absorbs into the skin quickly. The lotion is light weight and has a creamy consistency. This is an oil free lotion with a light fragrance. To me it is a light floral scent. I know that my daughter and husband do not care for the smell though. :)

The best feature of this self tanner is that you can see where it is going. I have a perfect tan with no streaks. It looks natural also. I can actually go out in public and for once look like I have a tan. Not just any tan either. I have a tan that looks just as good as my friends. She tans in a tanning bed. I look just as good without having to worry about the affects of the tanning bed or the sun. This is extremely important to me.

I have only had to use one layer of this lotion to get the results I want. Though you can re-apply after the first layer has dried if you want a darker look. I am so fair complected that I do not want a drastic un-natural change. This lotion allows me to get exactly the right sun kissed look for my skin tone. Now that you know how wonderful this is I will tell you how easy it is to use.

First you must exfoliate your skin before using this. This is important to get an even tan. You can either apply this by using your hands or a sponge. I use my hands, but make sure to wash my hands right after applying. You are to let the lotion dry for 15 to 20 minutes before getting dressed.

I have only had to re-apply this twice in the month that I have been using it. I use it every 7 to 10 days to brighten up my tan. As with all self tanners you need to use sunscreen with this if going outside. This will not protect you from the hazards of the sun.

At the price of $25 for 5 oz. it is rather pricey. If you are like myself and extremely fair complected this is wonderful. There is no orange tint and it looks so natural.
