Pros: Removes any type of cosmetic quickly; Very little goes a long way;
Cons: Price may seem a little much but it well worth it-a bottle lasts forever.
The Bottom Line: This is the best product ive found to remove all types of makeup. It doesnt clog pore, and is gently rinsed away with water.

I have been using the same makeup remover for the past 3 years. Occasionally ill try something new but I always come back to Estee Lauder’s Take It Away makeup remover. The reason?
Crazy hard to remove eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, anything with shimmer…..you name it if it would normally take sand paper to remove it, use this instead its much more gentle on your skin. And it removes all traces of makeup in seconds. Literally.
Ive read several reviews here on this remover. I have to wonder if were all using the same product?
Take It Away Is packaged in a pale sage bottle with a pump top in 6.7 fluid ounces. The lid locks for easy transport. Gold accents the edges of this bottle. It comes new in a mint green box. I recommend their follow up products too.
A nickel sized amount of the pale mint crème is all you need to remove all traces of makeup, especially from hard to remove areas such as eyes without any irritation. It can be used on any cosmetic even waterproof and it dissolves everything instantly.
It is ophthalmologist tested; Its safe to use for lense wearers; It wont irritate skin, or your eyes so rest assured that Estee delivers on what it promises.
The constancy is thick, creamy, whipped, but upon placement you will notice a slightly oily feel. Its not the most pleasant feeling in the world, but it takes off cosmetics very quickly. It is water based…so although the feeling may fool you, don’t think you’re adding more oil to your face. Working it over makeup with a circular motion removes every bit of makeup in mere minutes.
The scent is very light and relaxing. The amount of time it goes from applicator, hand to face, is minimal and if you even notice the scent you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Application is a snap:
Apply to DRY skin. Remove with a tissue or wash cloth. Rinse after use. You may use your favorite cleanser after using this product.
Estee Lauder claims it doesn’t leave behind a oily residue, it does leave behind an oily feel on your delicate skin. However it doesn’t leave behind one trace of makeup. And that’s why we buy it. So follow up with your regular cleansing routine.
Expect to pay $22.00 a bottle at your local counter or online. Ive had the same bottle for well over a year and have no need in buying another bottle for quite some time. It really works, and a little goes quite a long way.
It is hands down the best makeup remover I’ve found to date. No more separate eye makeup removers, cosmetic removers, cleansers for this and that. All I need is one product and even at twenty some odd per bottle it’s a steal because a little goes a long way. Not only have I cut my cleaner budget in half ive been able to scale my evening cleansing ritual to 10 minutes instead of 30. Highly recommended - it gets every star!
