Buy this only if you like creamy cleansers

Pros: Scent was o.k. Gentle
Cons: Does not rinse off cleanly. Not effective for me.
The Bottom Line: If you are used to creamy cleansers, go ahead and give this a try. But I prefer liquid makeup removers, so this product was a real disappointment.

When I asked the salesgirl at the Estee Lauder counter what makeup removers they had, this was the only choice given to me. I was told that all I had to do was rub the cream on my face, then either tissue it off or rinse. And all of my makeup would be gone!
The trusting person that I am, I simply bought the product (without trying it out first) and took it home. It did not work at all. I was used to using liquid makeup removers with cotton balls/ pads. Creamy cleansers were new to me. So I thought I'd try again.. and again... Still, I was displeased that I still have not only some makeup left on my face (especially eyemakeup), but I also had some of the cleanser left. It did not rinse off easily. Wiping off with tissue reddened my skin.
So I returned the product and demanded that I be able to exchange it for something else.
