My other vacuum cleaner was broken for 3 months so I borrowed an extra that my grandmother had, the Enviro Vac. I have since then gotten my other one fixed but I have not given this one back. I like it much better.
Durability **** This product is very durable. My grandmother had it for almost 4 years before giving it to me and I have had it for about 4 months. The motor is protected by a built in motor fan protection system. The attachment hose is built in so it is not easily lost. I have not had to replace anything except bags so I think it is very durable. I may give it 5 *'s if it lasts another year.
Features **** This product has many nice features. It has an easy to change Hepa Filter that protects against allergens. It has a back saver handle that is the perfect height for me to push. It lays all the way down so it easily fits under beds and coffee tables for cleaning or storage. It has 7 levels of carpet suction for low or high carpets. It has an extra long cord so you can vacuum more than one room without unplugging it over and over. It could use some other features such as headlight in front, and swivel head.
Ease of use **** It is very easy to push, almost effortless. You do not have to put it together to use it, just plug up, push the power button and go. You very seldom have to change the bags but they are very easy to change. The fact that it folds all the way down makes it easy to get under beds and such. The only way to improve ease of use is to make it self-propelled.
Suction *** It needs a little improvement in it's suctioning ability. It does clean all of the dirt from your floor, but you have to go over the same area several times to accomplish this. It has 12 amps of power but is not quick to pick up.
Style **** It is stylish. I have seen it in different colors. They are all vibrant colors with a mountain scene picture on the front. The bag has a snap on cover that makes it look better as well as giving it easy access.
Attachments **** It has all the normal attachments, hose, 2 extension pieces, thin attachment for cleaning along walls and brush for blinds and dusting. The thing that I love is that the attachment hose it attached at one end so you do not have to connect it each time. All you have to do is pull the open end out of it holder and go to work. It keeps my son from removing it and loosing it and also makes it very easy to use.
Overall I think it is an excellent Vacuum cleaner and I would recommend it any day. I did not pay for it so I can not advise you of the cost of this one but it would be worth comparison shopping. I am sure that it is less expensive than some of the new models.
