Pros: It picked up dirt and carpet fuzz that had held out for 6 years.
Cons: First, it's HEAVY. Second, the upright release is horrible. Third, the hose is awkward.

Super Vac! However, it is far from being user friendly. After doing 2,800 sq. ft. of sculptured berber and plush including stairs on two levels, I had to wrestle with it the whole time and found it just ornery, and heavy. This is not for the timid, elderly or weak who live on multiple levels. I fought with the foot release, the attachments, the hight guide and stairs.
Two weeks later: It didn't get any lighter; however, we are getting along better. I bent back the spring plate that holds the foot release some so it's now easier to work. I learned the height setting needs to be high enough. Duh. The vacuum intensity can be controlled with the flow switch half-way between floor/hose and thus it doesn't eat throw rugs. I purchased an extra hose and the air beater attachment from Eureka. The two hoses fit together for 18 feet of stairs for 3 of 4 cleanings. Lastly, the extra width really does take 25% less time! :)
