Euro-flex has been an exemplary company to work with in choosing and providing my wife and I with a great product where we spend a third of our lives on. They worked with us to get our Cal King bed to just where we wanted it to be. An extremely supportive but heavenly "cush" bed. We got the 9600 that has the extra 2 or so inch topper with the wool inside, and it definitely lives up to their claims of sleeping cooler.Especially would like to praise Anna, our sales person, for her patiently working this through to our complete satisfaction.I design and build furniture and will definitely recommend them to any client who is looking for a great mattress, and a great staff to help!
