Pros: It literally never loses suction. Cleans brilliantly.
Cons: If anything, its weight is comparable to other vacuums.
I have owned this vacuum since May 2011. It claims that it never loses suction and it is accurate. I bought this vacuum after buying substandard vacuums that claim to clean, but would leave the carpet fibers matted and stuck with hair.
It features rotating brushes on the bottom that lift up carpet fibers while powerfully sucking up dirt, dust, crumbs and so on. The area underneath the vacuum which sucks up everything is as wide as the vacuum itself. Most vacuum openings are very small, which causes you to go over the same stretch of carpet several times in order to clean everything properly. That is what makes this vacuum so efficient--vacuuming in just a few short minutes and knowing all the debris and dust are gone.
It is also suited for hardwood floors and tile. The on-and-off switch offers a third option of suction without causing the rotating brush to turn on. This prevents everything from spitting out the back end when using it on hardwood and tile.
I'm super happy with this vacuum because it cleans so well. I'm extremely picky about anything sticking to me feet and have found it so hard to find a machine that cleans as well as this one. Some may start out good, but die down in the end.
It also features a hose that comes with a crevice tool. I hardly use this feature as it's not necessary to use daily.
Some have complained that the vacuum weighs just as mush as other vacuums and so they don't like lugging it up and downstairs. I have carpet upstairs and hardwood downstairs. Its weight is comparable to other vacuums. It is so efficient in its cleaning ability, plus it's compact making it easy to carry, that I carry it up and down daily or every other day, without trouble.
I do not have any complaints about this vacuum.
