I've used this for a year now and it still works as well as the first day I got it. I have a cleaning business and use this to clean two office buildings (twenty-six offices total) a house AND my home weekly. I have tried other sweepers but so far this one has worked the best! I do take everything a part and thoroughly clean it once a month because of the high volume usage. It's pretty easy to do. I'm glad I got it! I had a Sears Progressive that worked for me for a couple of years but it was just too heavy to drag up and down steps and to push around. The Navigator was such a relief in so many ways! I love how light weight it is.When I swept my father's house with his Dyson I was surprised that it did not work as well as my Navigator! I swept up hair that his did not pick up and his sweeper is much newer than mine! The price is far more affordable than the Dyson and it picks up much better. The only thing I wish was better is if the pet hair tools were "on" the sweeper and the cord was longer. Other than that I'm thrilled that I have this sweeper. It makes my job so much easier as I do sweep 4-5 hours a week!
