This product has been a lifesaver from the time we began using it. It was highly entertaining and I knew my son was safe. Now that he is trying to walk, it's just about the only place I can put him to get something done and not have to worry about him. Of course, he's not too thrilled with it because he can't get around in it, but it gives me sanity.
I used to put him in the exersaucer while I took a shower. he played happily, practiced standing and had a great time. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment and looks brand new at almost a year old.
It was very easy to put together and adjusts to three height levels to grow with your child. I like the fact that there are three "brakes" on the bottom. When in place, it is stationary. When lifted, the exersaucer tilts which I think helps the child learn to balance himself.
It's definitely safer than a walker and I will really miss it when my son outgrows it. Just remember that the seat can be locked in one place or can spin 360 degrees and it's easier to get the child in with the seat locked in place!
