Been so overwhelmed this past year- I am thrilled that I was able to write a review finally that Epinions actually listed!
It is great to hear from you. I miss you all here. I still lurk around now and then, but have not been able to find enough items to review that are listed on the site, so I have not been able to write many reviews. I have gotten to read a few here and there though and as always I enjoy them very much.

Hiya Ralph! This really is a fabulous unit. The short drying time is very helpful. I hear that this is fabulous for jerky although we have not made any in it. I can say that the living foods bread we make in it is fantastic- I will never enjoy yeasted breads again! Keep your eyes open- we got a really good coupon deal from buying a book and ended up getting a good discount. Also, I am pretty sure that they have a payment plan too. Thanks for taking the time to comment- it is great to hear from you!

I Always Wanted One (Reply to this comment)

I've looked at these for several years and have always wanted one. I just finished reading your Epinion and I still want one. I love dried fruit and for years have made my own dried herbs from the garden. I also do jerky.
It sounds like I would like this model very much.
