I don't know what else to say except for Thank You to Excedrin. I've had migraines for at least four years, before that I didn't understand what the headaches and spots in my vision were. But the only way I've ever been able to control them is Exedrin. I've tried Immitrex, Treximet and a few other prescription meds for my migraines, yet nothing has helped as well and with as few side effects as Exedrin:Migraine does. I take two pills at the first sign of an aura and I normally just get a bit of an ache on one side and nothing more.
I have read a few places where they say that Excedrin can be addictive, especially because it has caffeine in it. I believe that, so I try to take it as little as possible. Yet when it comes down to it, I almost feel it's worth the risk of a caffeine addiction. The only problem is it's more expensive than your other over the counter medication, but it is less expensive than most prescriptions. Also, there is a lessened effect the more you use the medication.
