I recently purchased this product because a friend's sister recommended it to me. When I tried her eyebright pencil, I loved it and couldn't wait to pick up my own. But now that I have one, I'm not quite sure if it was worth the money. 

Don't get me wrong - this is a great product. It's really waxy and creamy in a good way, and the color is gorgeous for the waterline and hightlighting the brows / inner corners. I think my favorite way to use it so far is on the waterline because it's not glaringly obvious like a white eyeliner. I've even experimented with using it as a cheek highlight. It has the subtlest shimmer when blended thoroughly, which works really well on the cheekbones because it gives a nice summery glow without being too glittery. When applied on the eyes, it doesn't slide around and transfer glitter to unwanted places, which is also a huge plus. I can see this working really well for people who like a very natural, minimal look and for all skin tones. 

The reason I'm not sure I like this product is because I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes. Obviously, the product is clearly visible on my eyes directly after its application. But about an hour and a half later, the product is gone and I find that I have to reapply. I believe it lasts a bit longer when applied on the cheekbones, but it's very subtle so it's hard to tell. Though I realize that the product may not be lasting very long on my eyes because it's being applied on the waterline, I feel like any product that I pay $20 for should last at least three hours before reapplication. Other than that, this is a great product.
