I purchased this shredder at Office Depot approximately 2-3 years ago. I can't say it has been the best shredder I have ever owned, but then again, it hasn't been the worst either.
It doesn't shred 10-11 sheets at a time as stated, and although it states that it is "confetti" cut, this one does not do that, even though it is the model that states that it does, and says so on the box. It cuts in strips, and the strips are relatively wide ones as well, so I am not certain that the security issue is being met, but is still better than just tossing personal papers in the garbage as is. It will cut credit cards, so long as you put them in there alone and not with anything else. I have found that this model works best when shredding 3 or less pieces of paper.

This shredder jams very easily. To eliminate that, or virtually eliminate it, you need to keep the can under 3/4 of the way full. It is very top heavy, so you will need to completely take the motor top off when emptying, which is relatively heavy.
I can't say I would purchase this same model again, but all in all, it has worked okay for our home office. It's still plugging away, and it's taken some abuse in our home office environment, so all in all, I would say that for the money, it is a relatively good deal.
