They came into my life as a free sample.  But I've since learned to really appreciate this product.  I'm talking about Falcon's Multi Purpose Wipes, in the convenient pop-up canister.

Alcohol-free, this product can be used on - virtually - everything in my office.  All of the electronics, including the computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, all of those surfaces that tend to collect dirt, dust, and grime.  And, these wipes can be used on me, too!  It says right on the container "safe on skin".  Talk about multi purpose!

Each wipe is 6" by 6 ½".  This is a nice size for a single-use product.  It comes out nice and wet, but not dripping.  It has very little odor - nothing I imagine will be offensive to anyone.  The wipe is fairly thick, and made of a tear-proof fiber.  Meaning, I can use the same wipe on several of my electronics, then take a few final swipes across the surface of my desk, the cabinets, and the phone, and still have a completely usable cloth, with no shreds.  And I like knowing that no fibers came loose, especially while I was cleaning the sensitive electronics.

As far as the canister goes, it's one of those where the first time you use it you have to reach in and grab the center wipe to pull through the hole at the top.  After that, you tug each one and in so doing, the next one is supposed to come through the hole and be ready for the next use.  This doesn't always work as advertised.  Sometimes the next wipe comes too far through the hole.  Since you don't want it to dry out before use, I end up opening the canister and pulling it back down.  Sometimes the opposite problem happens - the next one doesn't come through the hole at all.  Still, most of the time it works correctly, and when it doesn't, it's not a huge deal to fix.

This tub contains 80 wipes.  I've had the tub for several months and the wipes are still wet.  I've tried other brands and been disappointed that the wipes dry out too quickly.  But so far, this product has met my needs.

So, don't let the little inconvenience regarding the sometimes-faulty pop up mechanism stop you.  Dust and dirt are an electronics item's natural enemy.  Besides looking ugly, it can actually interfere with their usefulness.  Especially for keyboards and mice.  Let these wipes clean them up!
