I know that this place has lots of awards, but I am not sure why. There are SO many great hotels in Orlando and I don't think this is one of them. First, the check in took forever! We were arriving on a Friday night and they had only 1 person checking people in and taking care of guests all ready checked it! Second, the room was not worth the price. We had a non-smoking cinema room that someone was smoking in. The cinema part was so dark and dusty we could use it and of the 2 recliners in that room, both were dirty and 1 was broken! Third, the "free" breakfast was so packed it wasn't worth wasting precious vacation time. Overall, I just don't think it is a nice place.
