Pros:Family Friendly, Centrally located
Cons:Most of the toys in the kid's pool did not work, buffet is mediocre.
The Bottom Line: If you are not going to spend a lot of time at your hotel, this is a great place. However, if you are looking for amenities better to look elsewhere.
We satyed in a kid's suite which is a 3 room plus a bathroom suite. There is a private parent's room with locking door and a separate kid's room with privacy curtain so they can't lock themselves in. Both rooms are very nice. Parents room has vanity with pull out makeup mirror and blow dryer for mom. There is also built in dresser with TV on top for Dad. Kid's room was a Manatee theme with Manatees all over the walls. Very cute! They had bunkbeds and their own TV, phone, VCR, and Nintendo. However, game and videos for rent were in the giftshop and way overpriced. The living room area was nice with couch that folded out into a bed, a recliner, a safe (which did not work and couldn't get anyone to come fix) and a small dining table with 3 chairs. There was a mini kitchen with a sink, small fridge, microwave and cabinet space. The bathroom was very good size with cabinet space, shelf storage, another hairdryer and full size tub/shower. The rooms were very clean except for under the kids bed. To my horror my 2 year old son came crawling out with a piece of old chewed gum that had been on the floor. The kids pool was neat but over half the toys did not work and it was a bit crowded. They had a small miniature golf area that was a bit dated but still fun. There is also another pool that was quite big where we spent most of our swimming time. There were less people there. Sometimes the the towell cabanas were out of towells. Both pools had a bar but you could never be sure when or if they were going to be open. We brought our own alcohol, kept it in the room fridge and mixed our own drinks to bring down (in plastic cups only of course). The arcade was decent and the lanscaping was pretty. There is a cute little train that runs around the property that the kids loved. There is also a huge sandbox that we never did make it to. Kids eat free at all meals with a paying adult and everyone eats free at breakfast. The buffet was ok but you wouldn't want it 3 times a day. It is boring and somewhat bland. We reccommend Chevy's Fresh Mex in Kissimmee if you like mexican food. My greatest disappointment was the fact that they had no adult Spa/Salon yet they had one for kids.... Strange. All in all it was a decent place and the rooms were nice but for the price you would expect a few more comps and for the equipment to be in working order.
