Fanimation Zonix: great product, great customer service

Pros:- Great (simple) styling
- Quiet
- Easy to install
- Outstanding customer service
Cons:Had balancing problem with one unit but Fanimation customer service resolved it in a snap.
The Zonix from Fanimation has great styling, is easy to install and is quiet and effective. I bought a few of them but had problems with one of the units where I couldn't get the blades to balance. The other fans were already perfectly balanced. I called Fanimation and got straight through to someone. They put me through to Tech Support who sent me a new set of blades immediately. The customer service was outstanding; I'll definitely buy from them again.
