Pros: Good, durable non-stick surface.

Cons: Not practical for use without potholders, due to poor design.

I would not recommend this set to anyone. It was given to me as a gift, and so I was unable to return it. It wouldn't be a bad set if the handles and lid knobs weren't made of metal. I think the person who designed this set either didn't know anything about heat conductivity, or had a nasty mean-streak in them. When the cookware heats up, so do the handles and knobs. I can't even lift the lid off of my pans without using a potholder, let alone pick the pot up after I've been cooking for even just a few minutes.
