Waste of Money

Cons: coffee is warm and watery, and buttons crack.

I bought one and returned it because the buttons cracked, the coffee didn't perk thoroughly, coffee got trapped in the plastic knob atop the lid, and it was never hot. Eventually, they sent me a brand new one, since the first was still under warranty. BUT, now I am having the exact same problems with this new one. The buttons cracked, and the coffee is not coffee, but coffee water by the time it's supposedly done perking. I do not recommend buying this one!
